S mojimi klientami  pracujem  na prog­ramoch zame­ranych na formo­vanie postavy, redukciu telesneho tuku a zvyso­vanie spor­tovej kondicie od roku 2003.

Po vystu­dovani Fakulty Telesnej Vychovy a Sportu  v Brati­slave som absol­voval 18 mesacny internship program zamerany na osobny trening  v Spojenych Statoch.  18 mesacny program sa predlzil na 7 rokov praxe, treno­vania jeden na jedneho a uspesneho vedenia mnozstva skupi­novych prog­ramov prevazne zalo­zenych na funkcnom treningu.

thank you so much for a fantastic summer, you have been a tremendous influence in my life. I truly appre­ciate all your efforts to keep the routen fun, inte­resting and challenging. My legs and back side have not looked this good in 15 years!! Thanks to you, not only have i renewed my long time goals, but have surpassed them. I have lost a total of 18 pounds and move down 2 dress sizes.

My Personal Trainer, Michal Klimovsky, designed a program speci­fi­cally for me, a 68 year old man, certainly not his typical client. However, his total commitment to my goals, his unique academic quali­fi­ca­tions as a profes­sional and his indi­vi­dually tailored training sessions have been directly respon­sible for my conti­nuing success.
To date, 3/18/09, I have lost 154 lbs.and reduced my total body fat percentage from 41% to 26%, so far!
His focused teaching methods and his personal dedi­cation for deve­loping correct form and balance have kept me totally injury free, in spite of having had arth­ros­copic surgery to both knees prior to starting training with him. His personal belief in me has allowed me to achieve beyond my dreams!

Shortly after joining gym, i started working with my personal trainer, Michal Klimovsky for one on one training sessions on regular basis. Michal is so supportive, knowled­gable and dedi­cated and has so many areas of expertise. He has been focusing on core strength training , weight lifting, balance and nutrition. He has made such a positive impact on my life. More impor­tantly, my health has greatly improved as a result of my exercise program. On recent visit to my prima­rycare phisician at outer cape health services, my long term blood sugar decreased signi­fi­cantly from 8.4 to a 6.4 , which is slightly over the normal range. Bootcamp is by far one of the best fitness classes  I have taken.  No two classes are ever the same so it doesn’t become repe­titive. Michal is a great personal trainer and extremely knowled­geable in his field.  Since taking the class, I am able to wear jeans that had been tucked away at the back of my closet waiting for the day they would fit again. Emily Simkins

I can not say enough good things about the Bootcamp program in Chatham.  I have always been physi­cally active, but bootcamp brings my workouts to a whole new level.  In the past couple of months I feel physi­cally stronger and more active than I ever have.  Working out in a group envi­ronment with a personal trainer is a fun and exciting way to build strength and motivation.Trainer not only encou­rages us to be physi­cally fit, but enhances and educates us about our eating and works out routines.  I am so happy with the program and for the positive effects I am seeing as a result.  Erin Mass

Each training session is fresh and chal­lenging and flys by!!  Trainer care­fully changes the regime each training so you work hard without becoming complaisant and each work out is geared for maximum effects; in both strength and weigh-loss.  He uses his expertise as a personal trainer so that you get the same kind of workout you would get with an indi­vidual session but in a group setting.  I look forward to training each week and it has become a cornerstone of my exercise routine.  I have most defi­nitely seen a great change in my body shape and my strength, but most impor­tantly I am having fun!
