My legs and back side have not looked this good in 15 years!! Thanks to you, not only have i renewed my long time goals, but have surpassed them. I have lost a total of 18 pounds and move down 2 dress sizes.

Shortly after joining gym, i started working with my personal trainer, Michal Klimovsky for one on one training sessions on regular basis. Michal is so supportive, knowledgable and dedicated and has so many areas of expertise. He has been focusing on core strength training , weight lifting, balance and nutrition. He has made such a positive impact on my life. More importantly, my health has greatly improved as a result of my exercise program. On recent visit to my primarycare phisician at outer cape health services, my long term blood sugar decreased significantly from 8.4 to a 6.4 , which is slightly over the normal range. Bootcamp is by far one of the best fitness classes I have taken. No two classes are ever the same so it doesn’t become repetitive. Michal is a great personal trainer and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I can not say enough good things about the Bootcamp program in Chatham. I have always been physically active, but bootcamp brings my workouts to a whole new level. In the past couple of months I feel physically stronger and more active than I ever have. Working out in a group environment with a personal trainer is a fun and exciting way to build strength and motivation.Trainer not only encourages us to be physically fit, but enhances and educates us about our eating and works out routines. Each training session is fresh and challenging and flys by!! Trainer carefully changes the regime each training so you work hard without becoming complaisant and each work out is geared for maximum effects; in both strength and weigh-loss. He uses his expertise as a personal trainer so that you get the same kind of workout you would get with an individual session but in a group setting. I look forward to training each week and it has become a cornerstone of my exercise routine.
